Your UKBox mailbox works in any mail app. Use these settings, replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain:

Always choose IMAP rather than POP — IMAP keeps your phone, laptop and webmail perfectly in sync.
Troubleshooting in one move: log in at webmail with the same address and password. Webmail works = mailbox fine, re-check device settings. Webmail fails = open a ticket and we'll reset the password with you.
