Websites on our design plans include a monthly content-edit allowance — here's how to use it and where the lines are:
Included in your allowance: replacing or amending text and images, and minor layout adjustments on existing pages. Open a ticket with the exact changes (new wording pasted in, images attached) and we'll normally complete them within 10 working days.
Quoted and agreed before any work: new pages, redesigns, new features or plugins, booking systems and e-commerce additions, and copywriting from scratch. You'll always get the price first — nothing chargeable ever begins without your written go-ahead.
Unused allowance doesn't roll over month to month, so it's worth batching small tweaks into a monthly ticket.
